With this new wave of politics emerging, catching the public storm in Delhi, and then fizzing out to come stronger in the National Elections - I feel that I, an Aam Aadmi (without having any political affiliations on my CV), should be more than welcome to express my views.
The whole nation witnessed an enraged social activist who promised to change everything wrong with our political system, and the broom finally made it big in the state of Delhi by actually joining hands with the 'dirt' it claimed to remove. A list of promises that was longer than the list of items we ask our NRI relatives to bring, with self-defined deadlines was declared in uppercase characters. From "We will do it in 10 days", to "Such things take time", to "There is a system for everything", to "There are forces who wont let us", to "What have our predecessors done ?" - each promise saw through all these phases across daily press conferences. Amidst all that, there was a dharna held by the CM as well.
Anyways, coming back to the title - we're seeing each political party having its own methods of campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections coming up. Some are filing FIRs against industrialists as a measure to show they're the only ones fighting corruption, some are spending crores on PR and Image denting after all the scams, and some are conducting frantic rallies. The reigning unit is yet to declare it's PM Candidate (and everyone has no clue who it might be! do you? ), the ex-Delhi CM being as confused as ever and the third front is an option that is as unpredictable as Rohit Sharma's career. Leaving only one man to talk about in terms of a potential PM.
But as they say, no path is a smooth walk in politics, there are a few aspects in which NaMo might not be as competent as his counterparts, and here are a few of them:

But as they say, no path is a smooth walk in politics, there are a few aspects in which NaMo might not be as competent as his counterparts, and here are a few of them:
- He hasn't yet staged a dharna in the build up for the elections - That's become a prerequisite, right? 12 years as CM and still 0 on that account. Somebody took just a few days.
- He hasn't yet publicly torn an ordinance passed by the PM - 'This is absolute nonsense!'
- He speaks about the economic policies to be put in place rather than promising a reduction in the auto-rickshaw rates by 5.43% - How boring ! *yawn*
- Not a single mention of the number of subsidised LPG Cylinders he'll provide. - Really ? Now how could the people chose a PM like that ?
- He hasn't yet given a comic interview to Arnab - A true artist is one who can make a joke of himself. Unfortunately, NaMo is no where near that level. And yeah, women empowerment (that doesn't make sense here, like it didn't make any on TV).
- He hasn't incited the public to file an FIR against anyone - Especially after filing a 370-page-proof FIR against someone and then asking the Opposition to provide evidence after collaboration.
- And most importantly, he speaks more in a rally than the PM has spoken publicly in two tenures - How dare he?
Disclaimer -
- Everyone has the right to free speech in our nation, atleast at the moment - till a new ordinance is passed or torn or whatever.
